Pro Bono Services for Our Unhoused Neighbors
We provide compassionate
companionship and practical guidance
through the end-of-life process,
serving individuals from all
walks of life across New York City.
All’s Well serves both the privileged as well as those in need, connecting our neighbors in a city where disparity is the unfortunate norm.
By offering bespoke services to our Patrons, we are able to divert fees and fund our work with Beneficiaries who are also in need but unable to afford care at this crucial moment. No one should have to die alone.
Our Beneficiaries receive discounted or free services thanks to the support of the Patrons who pay for our services. They receive the very same attention, companionship, time, effort and care.
Rich or Poor, Death Comes
For Us All
New York City has one of the greatest concentrations of diversity, wealth and need the world has ever seen – a beautiful, yet dissonant asymmetry is evident everywhere you look.
All’s Well is privileged to serve individuals in a wide variety of circumstances, from the wealthy to those in great need.
By 2030, projections indicate that the number of people aged 65 and older will outnumber those under 18 in the United States. As our population ages, we find ourselves increasingly unfamiliar with how to thoughtfully engage with mortality—both personally and within our communities.
Older adults experiencing homelessness often exhibit medical needs and geriatric conditions typically seen in housed individuals who are 20 years their senior.
Partnership with The Pathways Program
All’s Well Has a Weekly Presence at a Drop-In-Center on NYC’ Upper West Side
Since 2021 we have joined All Angel’s Pathways Program every Tuesday and Thursday to care for some of our neighbors who face the struggles associated with being unhoused in NYC.
Through relationships built at the speed of trust, we come alongside neighbors navigating difficult moments, particularly those that come up at the end-of-life.
Pathways Program. Every Tuesday and Thursday Morning

The Proxy Project
The Proxy Project gives guests a simple, powerful tool—a free ID card that connects them to care when it matters most.
In the event that someone ends up in a hospital and is not able to speak for themselves, a simple QR code on the back of the ID leads emergency responders or hospital staff to that persons Health Care Proxy form.
The Proxy Project provides a practical and real tool—but it also encourages personal agency and connection by having conversations about end-of-life, supporting people to make their wishes known.
